In your message, include the account email and any alert ID you want us to locate. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data.
We will confirm receipt and complete eligible requests within the timelines required by applicable law. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained for a limited period.
Before requesting deletion: deleting an active alert or public sighting page may stop people from viewing it or submitting sightings. Tell us whether the pet is still missing so we can explain the effect before proceeding.
